Frequently asked questions
How long does delivery take?
Every piece is made on demand just for you. Production takes 3–7 business days, followed by shipping — 5–10 days to Europe, 10–20 days internationally. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because every item is made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it free of charge. Email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo.
What sizes do you offer?
Most of our pieces are available from XS to 3XL, and some styles go up to 6XL. Check the size guide on each product page for exact measurements.
Are your materials really organic?
Yes. Our clothing uses certified organic cotton and recycled polyester. Our body care products are COSMOS-certified — the highest international standard for natural cosmetics. We never greenwash.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. Free shipping on orders over €80.
How do I use a discount code?
